FAQ

Questions.

Who is behind Reisy?

A professional product team with research ties to the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Founders Denis Safronov (CEO) and Mykhailo Kozyrev (CTO) have built and led multiple companies before Reisy. Write hello@reisy.travel.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. AI is there if you want it. You can work in manual mode and edit the travel graph yourself or with friends, stop by stop.

How does booking work?

When the plan is ready, you book the whole trip with one booking button — stays, legs and the people on each piece — in a single review.

What if something changes?

Planning stays live. If a delay, a new idea or a drop-out appears while you talk or on the road, Reisy tracks what it breaks and tells the group.

How do we split costs?

Only the people who actually join a stay, ticket or visit share that cost. The default is equal among those people. You can divide it any other way the group prefers.

Do I need a group?

Groups are the point, but a solo trip is just one traveller on the same plan.

Where do you start?

Germany first — leisure trips we can actually complete. Then DACH, then Europe city by city, only as stays and tickets can be booked through to the end.

iOS and Android?

iOS first. Android is on the list — say which you want when you request access.

Is there a fee?

Planning is free. Any commission or service fee is shown before you confirm.
